Kate has played a very crucial and important part in my life. She was my nutrition coach for over 2 years. During those two years, and as a type 2 diabetic, I was never healthier. On a few occasions, she filled in as my personal trainer and her attention to detail when it comes to exercising the proper way makes her a dual threat. Throw in a HUGE heart with compassion and understanding with her clients makes her a triple threat and I cannot recommend her enough.

During my time with her, she not only took care of me with my nutritional needs, she did the same for my brother (also a diabetic), and my daughter for a couple of years. I have known Kate for over ten years. She has undeniably had a positive influence on my health & fitness journey. She got me off the couch and encouraged me that any movement is good movement. She introduced me to personal training (a thing I thought was only for super fit or rich people), yoga (a class she recommended) and convinced me to join some of her outdoor boot camps!

Kate is professionally trained in the disciplines she coaches in. She’s qualified and she cares. I have a neck injury that really limited my movement, she has given me alternative work outs and ways to strengthen the muscles around my injury.
