Whether you’re new to the gym or want to hit a PR in the big 3 or Olympic lifts, these sessions are all about you! Expect customized programming that meets you on your level to get you moving and feeling your best. And we’re going to have a ridiculous amount of fun in the process.


Doubles & Triples Training

Do you have a cool friend or partner that also wants to get strong AF? Lucky! Bring them in and train together for extra accountability and laughs. Even if you’re not on the same fitness level or have different goals, training will still be geared towards your individual needs.

Online Programming

Online programming

If working directly with a trainer isn’t in the cards for you but you still want an individualized training routine, online programming is your best bet. Workouts are uploaded to Train Heroic every week with feedback from your coach as needed.
